ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES COMMITTEE
To strive to maintain an optimal working relationship between Executive Director and NCACA members. This team should communicate with Executive Director to establish clear expectations and represent NCACA in negotiations of compensation. As needed the team would lead efforts to seek additional or replacement help in this area.
Al Averitt CHAIR
To give guidance to the organization concerning all aspects of financial matters. They should review budget annually and report at the Spring Meeting.

BUSINESS ETHICS COMMITTEE
This team, composed of the Executive Committee, shall be responsible to investigate questions or accusations of any member’s business practices that could result in undermining the principles of NCACA and to bring necessary information to the membership for decision of punitive actions.
To maintain adherence to NCACA constitution, bylaws and principles of Robert’s Rules of Order in our organizational decisions. This person or team facilitates changes as needed to assure that our governing documents reflect our current priorities. They shall also receive membership applications, check out references and follow through with appropriate communications with membership and new member candidates. Unclear or debatable decisions should always be shared with the Executive Committee. To actively seek NCACA members of all categories; Full, Provisional, Affiliated, Associate, Out of State and Supporting. This may involve review of current policies, development of incentives, group efforts etc as well as individual contact.
Will Connell CHAIR
To promote NCACA’s effort in training of our own members. Specific
responsibilities include tracking NCACA CEUs as well as facilitating
continuing education credits for CCA and respective state licenses. This team is responsible for the Spring Meeting. They are encouraged to have input to the Fall Meeting and online education opportunities though other committees have more direct responsibility for implementation.
Chris Pierce CHAIR
Strives to keep NCACA membership informed of State and Federal government activity that may affect our practice of agricultural consulting and organize group communications to policy makers as needed.
Proposes to the membership at large individuals to serve Vice President and secretary/Treasurer. They should identify potential candidates and present them at the Spring Meeting.
Danny Pierce CHAIR
To plan and implement the Fall Meeting in order to strengthen and promote the organization. The elements of organizational business, publicity, service to agriculture and professional development should all be considered in the process. The team shall typically consist of a member at large, the chair of the Education Committee, Vice President Elect, the Vice President, the President and immediate Past President. The team will be chaired by the standing Vice President.

To promote the profession of agricultural consulting, NCACA and individuals within NCACA by acknowledging individual and group accomplishments. Vehicles would include newspapers, magazines, our display, our website and the Harvest quarterly newsletter.

To promote NCACA education and encouragement by means of online communications. Specifically, this team is to assure that website is kept up to date and pertinent, actively seek educational content, work with Promotion Committee in using the website, and assist Kelly in selecting email announcements.
Matt Winslow CHAIR
An individual charged with keeping NCACA members informed of activity of NAICC especially in regard to how that activity may affect NCACA and its members.

An individual who represents NCACA on the NC Cotton Promotion Board.

An individual who represents NCACA on the CCA Board.
