- Ajja – Mediterranean restaurant in downtown Raleigh from Chef Cheetie Kumar that Esquire magazine has named as one of the 50 best new restaurants in America.
- Tamasha Modern Indian – Indian restaurant in the North Hills District (Midtown). Bhavin Chhatwani, the head chef, was named a James Beard Award semifinalist for Emerging Chef in January of 2025.
- Cucciolo Terrazza – Highly rated modern Italian cuisine in an upscale, yet friendly and casual environment. Also in the North Hills District
- Stanbury Raleigh – Widely considered to be the best restaurant in Raleigh serving an ever rotating selection of small plates focused on local, fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, they don’t take reservations so go early if you’re trying for a table.
