In an effort to help cover our meeting costs and to continue to be able to keep our annual banquet free for all our guests, the NCACA is offering optional meeting sponsorship for 2026. Sponsors will be acknowledged on this page, at the meeting and in all meeting related material. Thank you in advance for considering meeting sponsorship.

  • Holiday Banquet Sponsor – $1000

  • Banquet Bar Sponsor – $850

  • Thursday Lunch Sponsor – $750

  • Meeting Room Beverage Sponsor – $500

$2000.00 annually

$1000.00 annually

  • 15 minutes of agenda speaking time at Fall Convention
  • Tabletop space for the duration of the Fall Meeting
  • Logo grouped with other Gold Members on projected slide at Fall

  • Two complimentary meeting registrations and lunch for reps at Fall Meeting

SILVER LEVEL

$500.00 annually

  • Silver Member acknowledgement at Fall Meeting
  • Silver Level acknowledgement on Supporting Member page of NCACA web site

  • Company name as Silver Supporting Member printed on Fall meeting agenda

Platinum and Gold Members who choose to speak at our Fall Meeting should follow this criteria:

1. We prefer that the speaking representative be involved in product research and development/ technical services and not involved directly in sales.
2. We would like our speakers to touch on:
– New products
– Important label changes
– New technologies
– Local test plot results
– Potential opportunities for NCACA member involvement in the future
3. We request that you help us stay on time and respect the time allotted on the agenda.
